Customer is responsible for all shipping and moving charges, all loading of equipment, and must pick up and remove all items from the facility independently. Items are to be loaded to the tailgate. Vehicle must be able to accommodate standard loading dock only. Items must be picked up within 10 days of winning bid. The bidder must show proof of ID upon arrival. If a party other than the winning bidder is picking up the items, the bidder must send confirmation email to the designated individual or company prior to the arrival to the distribution site. Inspection and pickup are Monday – Friday by confirmed appointment only, Closed federal holidays. Bidder is responsible for packing, crating, banding, shipping, loading and removal. Agency will not assist. If sending someone on your behalf, please provide release of authority, or name of company and individual’s name, ensure they have a copy of your purchaser receipt for signing, and a photo ID.
