4. The purchaser will make all arrangements & perform all work necessary to effectively remove property, including: all packing, loading and transportation. Coordination’s MUST be made with DEPARTMENT OF STATE (DoS) representative PRIOR to removal and removal date MUST be agreed upon between GSA, DoS representation and buyer in writing (via email).
5. After all documentation is completed with GSA and all paperwork is received on both sides, buyer will have 10 business days to make coordination’s with DoS and pickup.
6. I encourage you to not make arrangements for removal until you have received approval status from DoS. REMOVAL: M-F 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM. MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR REMOVAL.
