Inspection is highly recommended to ascertain estimations of quantity, condition, of various colors and combinations of carpet tile and tiles. There are 22 full and partial pallets of carpet tile and one pallet of ceramic tile. Various colors, combinations, manufacturers, of flooring are included; therefore, bidder is recommended to inspect contents.
Successful bidder will be required to take all of the carpet tile and ceramic tile. Multiple loads/site visits may be necessary. Bidder will be responsible to load and secure material prior to leaving site and should expect no assistance with loading or securement of the property.
